Thanks for your interest in I Drive Smart. We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the instructor position in the suburban Maryland, Northern Virginia and D.C. areas. We offer flexible schedules, great pay and the opportunity to teach and mentor beginning drivers using our accredited behind the wheel and classroom curriculum. We handle all mandated state certifications and train all of our instructors on the acclaimed "I Drive Smart Way".

- All of our instructors must be current, former or retired law enforcement officers at the local, state or federal level (includes military).
- Be willing to commit to a minimum of teaching 16 hours a month on average.
- FBI fingerprint record check.
- Willingness to obtain the appropriate state certification which includes paid co-teaching and possible classroom training which is mandated by certain jurisdictions.
